How do I request a skill swap? ▾

Browse a skill listing and click "Request swap". Fill in what you can offer in return and send your message. The poster will be notified.

Can I edit or delete my listing? ▾

Yes! Go to your Dashboard → My Listings, and click the edit ✏️ or delete 🗑️ icons next to any listing.

What if someone doesn't show up? ▾

Use the "Report a user" contact category to let us know. We take no-shows seriously and will follow up with the user.

Is SkillSwap really free? ▾

Yes, 100% free — always. No payments, no credits, no premium tiers. Just skill exchanges between students.

How do I change my email or password? ▾

Go to Settings → Account tab. You can update your email and change your password from there.
